The Concerto: Electric and Otherwise! Three extraordinary virtuosi, jazz violinist Joe Deninzon, harmonica player Robert Bonfiglio, and pianist Jon Klibonoff  explore the concerto, including Deninzon’s Concerto for Electric Violin.

Johanna Lundy explores “Art, Nature, and Devotion” over two evenings of glorious music for French Horn and others, with Clare Hoffman and Robert Bonfiglio.
September 8, 2017, 7:30 p.m. “Art and the Natural World”
Music by Benjamin Britten, Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Dan Coleman, Pamela Decker and Johannes Brahms, inspired by nature, extinction, and Walt Whitman

September 9, 2017, 7:30 p.m. “Art, Nature, and Devotion” With music by Johanna Lundy, Jay Vosk, Olivier Messiaen and Johann Sebastian Bach, inspired by nature, spiritual devotion, and Ranier Maria Rilke.

This weekend’s concerts will be accompanied by visual images and poetry.
